PE coatings
On our largely automatic plant, pipes of the following dimensions and weights can be coated with polyethylene (PE) by means of the proven sinter process:
pipe diameter: 323 to 1,620 mm
pipe length: 5,800 to 12,200 mm
pipe weight: max. 12,000 kg
In addition to the PE coating of steel pipes, we also apply polyethylene coatings to steel pipe fittings, in full compliance with all requirements of DIN 30670.
Fittings of many different shapes and sizes are blast cleaned and in an application process - developed by ourselves - are provided with a PE coating to guarantee long-term protection.
